20 people are allowed overnight stay.

Overnight, we allow up to 12 cars parked on the property. During events, we do require valet service and all guest not staying overnight must be parked by the valet across the street. We do encourage the use of ride sharing apps like Uber!

There is a 50% down payment required to reserve dates. Please inquire with us regarding our pricing.

Yes, we have a list of preferred vendors. Do not hesitate to ask and we can share it with you.

Yes, as long as the property manager is notified of the vendor and given their contact information.

Yes, however, there is an outdoor noise ordinance issued by Cobb County in which all outdoor music must stop by 10pm.

Yes, we provide towels in each room as well as paper products and other supplies like trash bags, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

Yes, there is a heating fee associated with this.

The kitchen has all basic cooking essentials including glasses, silverware, plating, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cookware.

The dining room table seats 10 usually, however, there are additional chairs available to expand it to 14 seats.

Yes, there is a TV by the kitchen, one upstairs, and, of course, the movie theater. Each TV has Direct TV as well as various streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu.

Unfortunately, will have to leave your furry friend at home. We do not allow pets on the property and will charge a fee if evidence of a pet is found.

We only offer the existing seating at the venue. However, ask us about our recommended vendors for chair and table rentals.

There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the home.
